Master Class – Bach And The Dance with Robert Hill

A Pathways to Bach Event. This class is an opportunity to gain insight into an important aspect of the music of Johann Sebastian Bach and his circle. We invite people of all ages and backgrounds to come as observers. For musicians and “music appreciators” alike, a master class is a great opportunity to see and hear the process of working on a musical piece with an acclaimed artist/teacher. Harpsichordist Robert Hill, a world-renowned expert in baroque music, serves as the Eugene D. Eaton Jr. Chair in Baroque Music Performance at the University of Colorado Boulder College of Music. (Observers are free to come and go at appropriate intervals) Room 312.
