St. Martin's Chamber Choir

St. Martin's Chamber Choir is a professional, non-church affiliated ensemble of 24 singers. Founded in 1994, the group takes its name from the site of its first concerts, St. Martin's Chapel at St. John's Episcopal Cathedral in Denver, Colorado.

Founder and Artistic Director, Timothy J. Krueger, leads St. Martin's choir, presenting imaginative programs that span the centuries, from Renaissance motets, through 18th century Baroque and Classical works and Romantic-era partsongs, to masterworks of the 20th century and new pieces composed especially for St. Martin's. Although the group's repertoire is largely a cappella (without accompaniment), St. Martin’s has also notably collaborated with such groups as the Boulder Philharmonic Orchestra, the Baroque Chamber Orchestra of Colorado, the Confluence String Quartet, and the Musica Sacra Chamber Orchestra of Augustana Arts.

Under Mr. Krueger's leadership, the choir has released nine acclaimed CD recordings which have been featured on nationally syndicated radio programs, "Sacred Classics" and "The First Art", and which regularly appear on Colorado Public Radio and on classical radio play lists across the U.S.

Through its concerts and recordings, St. Martin's Chamber Choir has become recognized as the region's foremost choir of its size, exquisite choral blend, and commitment to the performance of, and education about, the very finest choral chamber music.
