Baroque Road Trip: Summer Edition, with Colorado Chamber Players

Ready to travel this summer? Get out your passport and join the Colorado Chamber Players on August 2nd, for a delightful musical journey through Rome, Paris, Amiens, London, Köthen, and Toledo! The short program will present the baroque ‘traveling composers’- Domenico Scarlatti, Federico Giardini, Carl Friedrich Abel, and Diego Ortiz. Thomas Lupo, Caix d’Hervelois and Johann Sebastian Bach stayed in their own countries. European baroque music will fill the summer night with joy and the delights of travel. Come join us for a splendid and celebratory concert, with the beautiful acoustics and air-conditioning at First Universalist Church!
Enjoy a post-concert reception with light appetizers as well as European wine and beer pairings.
*Please note ticket prices:
- $25 for concert only
- $40 for concert and reception
- $70 when you buy two tickets to the concert and reception
- Children 12 and under are free
*Masks required during the concert. Masks optional at the reception.
