Italian Triptych: Classical Guitar with Nicolò Spera

St. Martin’s 25th season concludes with flair, performing Italian music for guitar and choir featuring classical guitar sensation Nicolò Spera in Mario Castelnuovo-Tedesco’s iconic Romancero Gitano, with texts by Federico García Lorca, as well as two world premieres: Materna by Nicola Campogrande, a four-movement work inspired by four Renaissance paintings of the Madonna and Child; and Nulla Sors Longa Es by Nicola Jappelli with texts by Seneca.
