The Many Benefits of Urban Birds

Birds are beautiful, interesting, soothe our souls, and benefit our lives. They also fill niches in food webs, moderate insect populations, alert us to climate changes , serve as “canaries in the coal mine”, pollinate flowers, facilitate the recycling of dead trees, build houses for one another, and much more.
