Songs of Love and Loss

The Colorado Choir presents “Songs of Love and Loss”, reflecting on all kids of love, all kinds of loss. Featuring the world premiere performance of “Abandon” by Z. Randall Stroope, which is based on a poetic meditation about the relationship between Auguste Rodin and his student Camille Claudel. Also featuring other favorite composers including Copland, Ticheli, and Dickau, and pieces such as My Lord What a Mornin’, The Welcoming Table and Wondrous Love.
