Buntport Theater Company is opening another world premiere:
THE REMBRANDT ROOM
a dark comedy featuring one woman standing next to one masterpiece for who knows how long…
After fifteen seasons, The Rembrandt Room is Buntport Theater Company’s first one-person show. It weaves together real events from the lives of legends such as Rembrandt and Catherine the Great with mythological tales of Zeus and Danaë with the fictionalized story of a museum security guard. Featuring Erin Rollman and created collaboratively by all of the Buntporters, this marks the second full-length production of Buntport’s 15th Season. It will be followed by a goofy comedy featuring the rest of the ensemble and a CPR Resusci-Annie doll (Greeting from Camp Katabasis).
During the second week of the run, the Buntport ensemble will be doing a live-taping of Denver’s award-winning podcast These Things Matter. They will attempt to talk about Greek myths in a mildly intelligent manner, seeing as all three full-length productions of the season involve Greek myth in some way or another. It is bound to be a silly evening.

Thursday-Saturdays at 8:00
Two Sunday performances on April 17th and 24th at 3:00
One Monday performance on April 18th at 8:00 (pay-what-you-can)
$16 ($13 for students and seniors)
